Stephen is Director of Data Maturity at Dimensional Strategies Inc. His passion is helping companies to see the big picture when it comes to their data platforms and to focus on value rather than technology and buzz words. That being said, he has worked on every SQL Server version since SQL Server 6.5 and was part of every SQL launch from SQL 7.0. He lives with his wife and two children in sunny Markham, ON.
