After 5 years of business intelligence and analytics for Buncombe County, Michael was asked to lead a new team based around business intelligence and process improvement for the county as a whole. He has served in that role for 18 months, making strides in multiple areas to both streamline aged and previously manual processes and provide important data in a more user-friendly fashion.
