Rick is the Cohost of Excel.TV and the Director of Business Intelligence Services at EPI-USE America Consulting. Rick combines a TDWI Certification in Business Intelligence Leadership & Management, a Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification, and 20 years of Executive/Director-Level leadership. He started his analytics and reporting career as credit risk modeler and financial analyst for Citibank in 1994. He gained extensive experience in process improvement and earned a Six Sigma Blackbelt in 2006.
